Data Clean up

Must finally...........

General

1. what will go where? list of projects/interests
2. what is ASUS for & what to leave on there?
3. what is Mac for & what to leave on there?
4. can Big Mac be salvaged or just to use as overglorified HD?
5. where to duplicate/back up the back ups?
6. Clean out Google Drive
7. Google accounts/passwords
8. Clean Out Gmail (empty/archive on HD somewhere)

Chromebook -

1. empty
2. some will not be emptied but put in folders (images that i know will be reused, maybe memes)
3. put all a/v into thumb audio drive

Asus

1. org 'random images' folders into photos
2. eliminate all dupes of all things (esp off thumb drives and across computers)
3. move stuff onto My Computer HD (MCHD)
4. move stuff off blue & silver thumb drives to MCHD or Asus WHERE THE MUSIC OFF SILVER DRIVE?
5. a workable MA folder with relevant stuff on Asus & rest on MCDH (incl recent audios, pics, etc)
6. a workable Azule folder with only 2019 on it (rest in MCHD or other) 
7. a workable AA Arts folder
8. dropbox clean
9. run some sort of cclean/defrag

Big Mac

1. needs new OS
2. can we install software ever???
3. music/old iPod can talk to this?

Other Mac

1. Azule photos process on there (iPhoto)
2. what else here? 

Toshiba

1. get rid of all files i want to keep
2. do the defrag/wipe thing
3. clean factory reset
4. sell or?
5. weird red HD - is that a thing?
